We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Officer to join our AGPLAW team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to collaborate closely with our Marketing Manager and team to execute impactful strategies across digital and traditional channels. If you are a creative thinker with a passion for social media, content creation, SEO, and marketing campaigns, this position is perfect for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels;
  • Social Media Management: Create and schedule content for social media platforms to enhance brand visibility;
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights;
  • Website Management and SEO Optimization: Maintain and update the firm’s website using WordPress, ensuring content is SEO-optimized and performance is tracked through Google Analytics and Google Console;
  • Articles scheduling and management: content writing on the non-technical, non-legal front (biographies, press releases, announcements etc), coordination with content writers-lawyers-consultants and online platforms (Lexology, Mondaq and others);
  • Newsletter: content writing, creation & send–off;
  • Legal directories submissions: Cooperation with Marketing Manager for planning and executing Legal submission in major International Legal directories (Legal500, Chambers & Partners and others);
  • Support events, promotions, and other marketing initiatives.

What we are looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field;
  • Marketing background experience with 2+ years of experience working in a similar role and similar service industries;
  • Knowledge of WordPress, Google Analytics, Hootsuite & Mailchimp is essential;
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Greek;
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and other digital marketing tools (e.g. Google Ads, Google Analytics, Console, Canva etc);
  • Knowledge of Jira and Confluence (project management tools) will be considered as an advantage;
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
