We are thrilled to announce that Loukia Porakou has joined AGPLAW as the new Manager of Human Resources and the AGPLAW Partners Operations & Relations, effective February 2025.
With over 15 years of expertise in human resources, Loukia comes to us from KPMG Cyprus, where she significantly enhanced HR strategies and operations.
At AGPLAW, Loukia will oversee the management of our Human Resources, ensuring that we continue to attract, develop, and retain top talent. Additionally, she will manage the AGPLAW Partners Operations and Relations, where she will be instrumental in advancing partner relationships, coordinating partner events, and driving the program’s development together with AGPLAW Management.
Loukia’s role will also extend to integrating advanced AI technologies within our Group to improve efficiency and operational effectiveness across all internal functions.
