It is our firm belief that we have an ethical obligation within the legal profession to support legal trainees during the vocational training by providing them with the opportunity to work beside acknowledged associates, shaping our future leaders into becoming outstanding professionals.

Through this program two trainee lawyers are carefully selected once a year out of a volume of applicants who must be able to display stand out character, discipline, determination and strong work ethic. Through honest guidance our members grow into ethical leaders and our legal trainees gain the opportunity of selection to advance within the firm.
