Loukia Porakou is a seasoned Human Resources professional, holding a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management from the University of Portsmouth, UK, and a rich background in both operational and strategic HR roles.

Before joining AGPLAW in February 2025, Loukia served as a Senior HR Manager at KPMG Cyprus, where she led numerous initiatives to attract talent and develop HR strategies aligned with corporate goals.

Her career is marked by her dedication to enhancing workforce efficiency, promoting diversity and inclusion, and encouraging professional development. At AGPLAW, Loukia oversees the Human Resources Department and manages Partners Operations & Relations. Her responsibilities include improving internal processes, managing HR strategies, and implementing effective collaborations across AGPLAW’s network of partners.

Loukia’s expertise in managing complex HR landscapes and her proactive approach to leadership are invaluable assets to AGPLAW as we continue to innovate and excel in the legal sector.
