Margarita was born in Limassol, Cyprus. She graduated in law from Lancaster University of London and was awarded an LL.M in International Commercial Law from University of Leicester, London. She was admitted to the Cyprus Bar in 2010 and she joined the Corporate Services Department of AGPLAW in 2014.
Margarita is best described for her reliability and confidence. Energetic and hard-worker, she is highly efficient, competent and organized, always delivering work within deadlines. Due to her courteous manner and communication skills, she can efficiently interact with people from diverse cultures and industries.
Margarita specializes in matters relating to Corporate Affairs, Corporate Law and Corporate Secretarial operations and is a leading member of the Firm’s Corporate Services Department. She has experience in various facets of corporate law, including the setting up and management of corporate structures, advising and drafting of corporate and commercial agreements, including the preparation of Share Purchase and Shareholders Agreements and the drafting of Company Law related Legal Opinions and Due Diligence. Margarita has worked with leading international and regional firms for several years prior to joining AGPLAW.
Margarita acts for large groups and international corporations as well as for individuals regarding corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions and general corporate advice.
She is fluent in English and Greek language.
