Myrianthi is a senior member of our Corporate-Commercial-M&A and Banking & Finance practices with over fourteen years of corporate & commercial experience. Having worked at various notable Cyprus law firms in their corporate departments.

Myrianthi possesses extensive expertise in various aspects of corporate and commercial law. Her capabilities include complex corporate transactions, companies’ restructurings, re-domiciliations, dissolutions, large scale company mergers and acquisitions including cross-border mergers as well as Intellectual property and compliance matters. She has also dealt with shareholder, loan, pledge, cooperation, and service agreements of large corporations.

She graduated from Leeds Metropolitan University, UK with a Law degree and further completed her master’s degree at the University of Leicester in International Commercial Law.

Myrianthi was admitted to the Cyprus Bar Association in 2009.

She is fluent in Greek and English and has basic knowledge of the Russian language.
