Zafeiria is a Senior Associate Lawyer within our firm’s Financial Services Regulatory & Advisory department. She graduated in law from the University of Neapolis, Cyprus and has also successfully completed the CySEC advanced examinations. She is a practicing attorney in Cyprus, member of the Cyprus Bar Association.

Before embarking on a legal career Zafeiria graduated from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki with a Bachelor of Informatics.

Being a member of the AGPLAW’s Financial Services Regulation and Advisory Department, she consults local and international financial and investment firms and institutions during their licensing process before CySEC and foreign regulators, as well as on the design and structuring of the investment firm structure. She acts for clients interested in applying for FX/EMI/PI licenses as well as for already established investment firms interested in the AGPLAW outsourced Compliance and AML support services.

Additionally, Zafeiria has previously worked for a few well-known companies in the Financial Services Industry as a Compliance assistant and consultant as well as at a Cyprus law firm where she gained valuable experience in Banking, Finance and Contract law. Zafeiria is an avid learner, constantly seeking ways to improve her legal knowledge as well as practical experience with a positive attitude.

She is fluent in English and Greek.
