Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC) urgently requests the Cyprus Investment Firms to report by Tuesday January 20, 2015, if the decision of the Swiss Central Bank regarding the Swiss Franc has had any impact on their business or funds and/or on their clients’ funds.
If yes, then the CIFs must provide:
- A detailed analysis of the nature of the estimated impact.
- The estimated impact on monetary terms.
- The measures/actions that will be taken in order to rectify the situation and to eliminate the impact.
