Director for a CIF (on behalf of our client)
On behalf of our clients, we are seeking to hire an individual in the position of Director to sit as a member of the board of directors in a CySEC regulated investment firm (CIF). Responsibilities consist of planning, directing, and coordinating the operations of the Company, as well as managing the financial activities of the Company.
Qualifications and requirements:
- CySEC Advanced Qualification / CySEC AML Exam;
- A bachelor`s degree in finance, economics, business administration, law or any other field, similar to the financial services sector;
- Relevant experience, specializing in financial services providers, including experience in industry regulations, is an absolute prerequisite for this position;
- Strong knowledge of investment services, funds, regulations, deposit operations and risk controls;
- Ability to give full attention to what other people are saying, to use logic and reason to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, and to use judgment and make decisions.
